How much does The Loft cost?

What does the rental fee include?

(30) sixty inch round tables, (6) six foot rectangular tables, 260 wooden cross back indoor chairs, 3 rectangle "farm style" tables, cake table, whiskey barrel cocktail tables, whiskey barrel rectangle tables, grooms lounge, huge bridal loft with salon chairs for hair and makeup, catering kitchen, outdoor chapel, covered patio with fireplace, 2 outdoor patios, New amazing outdoor bar area, TV’s, large lighted parking lot, 1 hour rehearsal, and 3 hour bridal portrait session on property (only our brides will have access to the property for photo sessions).

How do I reserve The Loft for my event?

To secure your date, we require $1,000 ($1500 for weekend rental) deposit along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is required 60 days prior to your event.

​

Will the site be shared with another wedding group?

Both our Outdoor and Indoor Venue will be reserved for only one event per day.

May I choose my own vendors?

Yes, at The Loft, we firmly believe in giving you the freedom to select all of your own vendors... with the exception of one. If you are serving alcohol, we do require you to use our bartender(s) at $50/hour with 4 hour minimum. Our preferred vendor list will be given to you upon booking, but you are free to choose whomever you like!

May I bring my own alcohol?

You may provide beer, wine, and one signature drink for your guests. We do require that your alcohol be served by our certified bartender(s).

Are their adequate kitchen facilities?

We have a large commercial kitchen equipped with a warming oven, double refrigerator, ice machine, triple sink, microwave, and large stainless countertops.

Should all food be prepared prior to arriving?

Yes, our kitchen is strictly for prepping. There will be no cooking allowed at the venue.

​

Can I take photos on-site before the wedding?

A three hour bridal session on all grounds and inside all facilities are included in your rental fee, if you'd like!

May we rehearse at The Loft?

Rehearsal times are included with your rental, based on availability. If an event is scheduled on the day before your wedding, you can notify within 60 days of your event. A rehearsal time of Sunday-Thursday will be scheduled when it is convenient for you.

Additional time for rehearsal, setup or rehearsal dinner is an option if available for additional fees.

May I drop items off the day before my wedding?

No, The Loft doesn’t allow and can’t be responsible for items left in the venue. All items are to arrive when you or your vendors arrive at the start of your rental time and taken off property when your event comes to an end.

What about the 9th at 9 Lounge?

We just added a really neat LOUNGE that the Grooms and his party will enjoy the day of their wedding.  It includes a commercial golf simulator set up, card table, big TV for game day fun, bar area and patio. Please inquire to get additonal information on cost and packages offered.

How do we rent the cold sparklers?

We added a cold sparkler package for your send off or for dance floor fun.  This is a huge hit with guests and adds so much fun to the party. Cost is between $250-$500
